Locally grown popcorn produced by a seventh-generation family farm in Watertown, WI. A raw agricultural product containing no additives or preservatives.

Varieties & Flavor Profiles:

Yellow Hulless:  Tender flakes with a stronger natural corn flavor.  This hulless variety of yellow popcorn is anything but traditional.  A great choice for a healthy snack.

Calico:  Natural cross-pollination creates a uniquely colorful variety.  A delicious blend of taste and texture.  Perfect for those who “Can’t make up their mind”!

Mushroom Popcorn: Large, hearty flakes that pop into round, durable shapes—perfect for coating with caramel, chocolate, or seasonings. This variety holds up well for gourmet confections and creates a satisfying crunch in every bite.

Ruby Red:  Crispy, yet tender flakes with a little crunch.  These small white flakes have a light nutty flavor.  

Shaman Blue:  An heirloom variety with a range of flake sizes:  large puffs, tight clusters, and partial pops.  These crunchy white flakes have a subtly sweet natural corn flavor.

White Hulless:  Our most tender variety of popcorn.  These delicate textured white flakes have less hull, they almost melt in your mouth.
